After many years of house and pet sitting and experiencing such a wide range of things happen while doing it, I decided to develop this blog to keep everyone apprised of what’s going on. Also, because of my passion and love of photography I have cultivated in the last few years, I am using this as a place to showcase my work.  All photographs are mine and are copyrighted.

This blog is about my experiences while house and pet sitting. Not only am I reporting on the trials, tribulations, joys and successes of my current pet sitting assignment, I also am photographing the animals I am caring for and nature in the surrounding area.

Currently, I am on long-term house/pet sitting assignment in San Antonio, Texas until October of 2009. During the months of October, November and part of December 2009 I will be actively looking for some caretaking, house or pet sitting positions.  I have made the decision to become “The Traveling Pet Sitter” which will allow me to combine my love of travel and animals and am willing to travel within the United States and am not limited to San Antonio. In December I will return to San Antonio to honor a 3 week commitment.
